DAY-OF-COORDINATION
What's Included
- Three pre-wedding consultations to review plans, finalize details, and align expectations
- Access to a collaborative Google Sheet with planning documents to stay organized
- Vendor recommendations for any remaining services needed
- Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline to ensure a smooth flow
- Contract review to confirm what each vendor is providing
- Vendor coordination to confirm all details before the big day
- Eight hours of on-site coordination (additional hours available for a fee)
- Travel included within a 50-mile radius (fees apply for extended travel)
- Delivery of a personalized day-of timeline based on vendor schedules
- Setup of ceremony programs (if applicable)
- Styling and placement of escort cards, menus, guest book, table numbers, memory tables, champagne flutes, cake cutting set, etc.
- Ensuring the ceremony and reception spaces are properly set up
- Coordinating musicians and officiant for ceremony timing
- Distributing bouquets & corsages to the bridal party and family
- Assisting the bridal party & family with photos and lineup for processional
- Managing the ring handoff for the ceremony
- Providing a fully stocked wedding day emergency kit
- Vendor point of contact—so you’re never bothered with logistics
- Handling any last-minute questions or decisions on your behalf
- Distributing final payments & gratuities to vendors (provided in advance)
Hiring Samantha as our day of coordinator was one of our best choices for our wedding day! She helped make sure the day ran smoothly and even helped set up our venue for us.
